Ordering and payment
Books may be ordered directly through the website shopping basket. Card and other personal details are submitted over a secure connection. Once submitted, card details are encrypted and forwarded to us; they are not stored on the web server.
Orders may also be placed via e-mail or telephone at any time. An ansaphone service is available 24 hours in our absence. We are most likely to be there to take your call between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Postage
- If you have any specific postal requests (eg. using a tracked or signed for service) please do let us know.
- For most deliveries we use either the Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
Payment – We accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of AMEX.
VAT - All books are zero rated in the UK. Our VAT registration number is GB 594251426.
Returns and Cancellations
1.Damaged, imperfect, or wrongly supplied books may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt for full refund, inclusive of return postage costs.
We respectfully ask customers to INFORM us by e-mail or telephone prior to returning books.
2.Books may be returned to us for any other reason, within 2 weeks of receipt. A refund of the item cost will be made, provided that the book is received back in satisfactory condition.
3.Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of goods.
