Conder was in charge of Skokholm Bird Observatory between 1947 and 1954, so we assume the sighting took place there. Most of a newspaper obituary of Peter Conder (dated 1993) tipped onto ffep and a letter from Peter Conder’s wife thanking David Boddington for his condolences.
An authoritative study of the Common, or Northern Wheatear, complemented by John Busby's excellent illustrations.
